"I only stay for a few days in the north tower, but at first impression the room was not what it look like in the website pictures, and also the amenities were old, chip and outdated in the room, the shower was so small that only 1 person fit, also we had no shower curtain; also out of the 2 elevators only 1 worked and that one even broke down one day and we had to use the stairs with that heat. Reception and staff were really nice and helpful thought."

"Clean room, great staff. Only thing is the Tv and workout equipment outdoor is outdated. Not sure why the hotel staff parks their vehicles in front of the loading/check-in area all day, this isn’t fair for those that arrive to check in…. parking is very limited. Workers need to park off sight instead. Be aware that parking structure to park is half mile away - 10 mins walk to hotel."

"La propiedad tiene buena hubiccacion nos dejaron entrar antes del check in nos dieron las llaves como a las 12 am pero la señora del front deck Que creo que es la dueña del hotel es demasiado intensa con todas las regulaciones como a las 3 pm de la tarde nos llamó la atención por la música nos mandó a bajar el volumen estaba constantemente dando recorrido por las áreas un poco intensa en todos los aspectos pero por lo demás estaba bien"
