"Staff was very nice but informed me when I arrived at 10:30 that they were overbooked and could not accommodate me. I showed them my expedia reservation and they said they could not honor. After much arguing they agreed to put me in a room with a busted-up shower/bath where I could not bathe. They very kindly allowed me to bathe in another guest's bathroom after they checked out. NO compensation was offered for this inconvience. Elevator was broken so I had to roll my suitcase down three flights of stairs. NO food in the little store but dog bones and laundry soap. Only the excellent staff is keeping this dump afloat"
