"What a nice surprise after picking nasty hotels before this one! Staff Hailey is an Angel and gave info about the surroundings and life in Tennessee! Hotel clean and very very well lit and we felt safe here! SO nice, we decided to stay another night after out doing touristy travels for the day, and back to our room later. We will ALWAYS stay here as our "Home Base" Coming to this are of Tennessee! Day staff making the beds were really cool, especially "Miss Nell": So funny and friendly! Breakfast was better quality than most, comparing to La Quinta in our experiences, clean dining are and tea and endless coffee available! Day clerk there for 15 years and was very professional and informative! Truly a fine, fine restful stay for our 2 nights! Will be back!!!"
