"All of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the TV in our room but we able to switch to a new room quickly and without any issue. The location was good and close to the stadium (we were there for the JSU game) and everything was pretty clean and well kept."

"Front Desk Staff was friendly. Culinary Staff for breakfast and dinner were friendly. Food was delicious. Property was clean and quiet. Room was nice and neat. FREE Cocktails were awesome!! Course, there were a lot of guests for free cocktails and free buffet-style dinner but it was all cordial. We enjoyed our stay. Will stay again when visiting Jackson, MS. "
