"Stayed at this hotel because the reviews were promising. When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...
"The service was exceptional, room was amazing and very clean. Property is stunning and the spa was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious too. I highly recommend for a getaway!"
