"Very helpful owners, nice place in a beautiful village. I had a bit of trouble finding the right place but that was my fault. Lucile and Antoine had explained where it was but I couldn’t find the email. Very helpful people in the village, though."

"The apartment is very spacious with good amenities. Milena and Benjamin were very responsive and met my arrival to explain everything. Always reachable and quick to respond.
Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold and dreary but I can imagine how beautiful it is in spring and summer. Bois-le-Roi has easy access to Gare de Lyon and the village also has all amenities, many restaurants, grocery, etc.
I would definitely recommend their place."

"Our stay at Moxy was excellent. We arrived around 9:30am and were pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away. We were told this is usually reserved for Gold members, so that was a nice touch.
The room was cozy with vibrant colours, and the washroom was spotless and well-lit.
The $15 buffet was a great option—quick, convenient, and perfect before heading out to Disneyland with kids.
The hotel is very close to the train station. 3 mints walk to station. 4 mints train ride to park.
One suggestion: don’t follow Google Maps walking directions, as it takes a longer route to hotel.
At night, the bar stays open, but food options are limited to pizza after 11pm, so we ended up ordering Uber Eats.
You also get complimentary welcome drinks, which you can use anytime during your stay.
They offer a special birthday decoration package for €15, I opted for it, and my wife loved it.
All the staff were courteous, professional, and pleasant throughout our stay.
Cheers, and hope to visit again soon."
"Most Staff unhelpful and most rude to foreigners. Some staff are helpful and try to go above and beyond, it kind of makes up for all the other rude staff. Bus to Disney doesn’t run all day, and doesn’t run during peak hours, also unclear instructions on drop off and pick up locations. Hotel is very clean but the bidet doesn’t work so that sucks. Other than the rude staff and paying for ride shares to and from Disney when the bus was supposed to be a free amenity to save money, our stay was decent."
"This was my second visit to the Cheyenne hotel. The hotel is clean and very well themed . The breakfast was decent and has a good selection of food. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the parks and has a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk. My only issue was the time it took to check in to then be sent to another qué to collect my child's priority pass. Parking at the hotel was great and no issues getting a space"
"We selected this hotel due to proximity to Disneyland but were really delighted by the experience. From the moment of check-in to last moment of check-out, the experience was really positive. Our room/bathroom were surprisingly large and well appointed. The included breakfast was AMAZING. A large selection of hot, cold and baked items. We especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice (really cool machine that freshly squeezed each glass...) and croissants (yum!). The train station is literally across the street, and it is only one stop to Disneyland. And the hotel also has a free shuttle (but it does make stops at other area hotels...). We chose to take the train as it was easy and frequent. We highly recommend staying here! I would note that there are A LOT of families/young children (not surprisingly...) so if you're looking for a quiet/romantic hotel, this isn't the one..."
"The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend.
The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you might hear other guests if they are being loud, which is the only downside to this property, but a simple gesture for them to turn the noise down should work :). But the location more than makes up for it.
Other than that, it was a great stay for the time we were in the room, which wasn't a lot of time.
Would recommend for anyone who is thinking about staying near Val d'Europe or going to Disneyland. "
"I genuinely don’t even know where to begin—this was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. What was supposed to be a magical trip for my daughter’s birthday turned into a complete disaster, entirely because of this hotel. Dream Castle Hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but that is beyond misleading—it doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of a roadside motel.
From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. After an exhausting eight-hour flight with two young children, we arrived hoping for at least a bit of understanding or basic human decency. Instead, we were met by the worst front desk representative I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She refused to let us check in even a minute before 3 PM—no flexibility, no empathy, nothing. My children were so exhausted they were literally sleeping on the lobby couch, and she showed absolutely no concern.
The hotel itself is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly just dirty. Everything feels old, worn down, and neglected. The amenities are in terrible condition, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here.
At one point, I grabbed a sandwich from the bar and it was completely frozen inside with the frozen chicken you couldn’t bite on.
The fridge in our room was not working upon arrival and when I called to fix it, it was not fixed at all ,nobody even came. Avoid this place at all costs."
