"We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

"Great value! Clean, remodeled, and less than a mile from the small downtown area. Easily walk to all of our destinations and food in the city. Plenty of parking available as well. Only complaint is that too much can be heard from the room above. Heard every step and creaking noises from above neighbors, I don’t know if this was an exceptionally loud person or just not enough padding between floors. I requested a room switch the next morning and the staff was super understanding and helped me immediately. Everyone from check in to support team was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again, though perhaps ask for an upstairs room from the start. Silent nights of great sleep after that switch"

"Unaware of National Park nearby, one night stop returning from visiting our daughter in Colorado. Bed sheets were so rumpled they looked like a used Kleenix, pillow cases too, but appeared to be clean. We don't use public pools, so unable to evaluate. Satisfactory for a one night stay, not fancy but met all our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful, we are both handicapped so he gave us a ground floor room, offered to bring in our luggage."
