Boasting an entire acre of Oceanfront Property on Peaks Island, ME, House at Table Rock is delightfully situated between two of back shore's most beloved locations: Table Rock and Spar Cove. Admire the view from the privacy of one of your decks, or the huge yard while sipping coffee or enjoying your favorite cocktail. Or simply cross the street and sit on the rocky shore and enjoy unobstructed views of Casco Bay from the back side of the Island. The expansive Living and Dining Rooms also boast gorgeous ocean views. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 with 1 queen bedroom and a bedroom featuring two twin beds on the upper level. The lower level features a private king bedroom, and a roomy living area with two queen sofa beds. New kitchen appliances, 2 full bathrooms on upper level and an additional full bathroom on lower level.

The Space:
This 3 bedroom home sleeps 8 with 1 Queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds on the upper level; Bedroom with King bed on lower level and 2 Queen sofa beds in roomy lower level living areas. New Kitchen appliances, 2 full bathrooms on upper level with 1 bathroom on lower level. Enjoy ocean views from two patios with an outdoor grill and plenty of seating.

Guest Access:
The entire home is available to guests during their stay. A lockbox onsite will provide entry. Instructions will be forwarded 24 hours prior to arrival.

7-Night minimum stay required with Sunday check-in and check-out during the Summer; between 6/21 and 9/7. 3-night minimum stay in off-season.
