"I loved my time at the hotel. The only issue was that when I bought the reservation, breakfast was included. However, when I got there, they said I had to pay extra. I explained the situation to the young receptionist, and she agreed to give us breakfast as a goodwill gesture from the hotel. So, if you bought here, make sure you confirm that before your arrival."

"The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - 10 minute walk to the Old Town, 4 minute walk from the train station for the airport, and a 4 minute walk to the bus stop for the day trips we booked."

"Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us."
