"The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great parking spots and we had access to amenities at Litchfield by the Sea resort. The beach was a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. Although we do not have kids the pool area was amazing."

There had been some painting done and there were remnants of paint scraping in various locations (by the way the paint job was terrible- host ought to make them go back and re-do it!) "Check in was extremely easy and access to the beach was within walking distance. The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay."

"A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. "

"A pool within walking distance of the unit was advertised. This was incorrect and it took 3 of the 5 days for someone to figure out that the pool access was revoked by the HOA."
