HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.

POOL ACCESS: The Rookery community pool, with poolside furnishings, lakefront sundeck and restroom facilities, is six doors away. No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Cross Retreat Beach Circle located behind the house and walk directly to the resort’s oceanfront common area sundecks for beach access. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. RESORT FEE: A Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap), imposed by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA, is collected on each reservation, plus tax.
