"The place was spotless and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The location is great — right along the river with lots to do nearby, including a big shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"The place was as described. The only issue we had is that we traveled with a service dog and they didn’t recognized it as such. The charged me 25€ for us to stay with my dog after explaining the dog duty. I feel that if a property accepts to be listed with Expedia, they must abide to the rules of the website about service animals."

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Staff was amazing, the best service, check in, breakfast, check out. They were so welcoming and made us feel like we were royalty. Room was amazing, food was incredible and the inn is gorgeous. But the best part was the service! Highly recommend this location. "
