Garden and unfenced courtyard on the owners' farm 100m away, where chickens can be seen and enjoyed by children. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with TV, sofa, and Wi-Fi. From the kitchen, access to the upper floor and the hallway which leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine accessible from the outside.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable barn. For pets, a secure enclosure of approximately 10m² with a kennel is available. Heating (wood-fired boiler) and electricity are included. Bed linen is €15 per bed per change. Towels €8/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning €70.
