"The Hotel itself is clean with the Staff being very friendly and accommodating. We were surprised to see ear plugs on the bathroom counter but realized soon enough that the noise from Montezuma Street was VERY loud - it was well into the night and proved a challenge for sleep. In addition, the AC unit was also very loud and sounded like it had seen better days. The mattress was broken down in the middle, but the linens were clean. I have stayed in many Hilton properties, and this one needs a little TLC - PLEASE notify when checking in that the Road noise is excessive. It's really important to know before checking in. with the price point on the low $200's per night. Overall, a nice property with VERY kind and accommodating staff."

"Clean room but a few issues that are important to note. The shower leaks all over bathroom floor so the second day I ended up with the water pointed at the wall and hugging it to help reduce water spillage. The deadbolt did not work on the door and didn’t line up with the holes. I got locked out of my room for about 45 minutes in my pjs, no contacts or glasses, and had to make multiple trips all the way up to the front desk to get help. "
