"This spot was perfect for my Katahdin Woods & Waters and Millinocket adventures. Elizabeth met me upon my late arrival and explained a few things about the place. All cookware was clean and accessible. Quiet area, walkable to downtown, dog park, etc."

"Our stay was phenomenal! We know the area very well. We stayed there with my Mom and our dogs for a long weekend and were so comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed and it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. You can’t find a more gorgeous location. The stars at night, the loons calling, the beautiful water with Mt. Katahdin in the background. As a lifelong Mainer I can say that you will experience the very best of what Maine has to offer at this location. We are grateful to have found this place and we hope to return again. The hosts were fabulous. So welcoming, accommodating and kind."

"What an exceptional stay! Charles and Beth have carved out a little slice of heaven at Scarpa’s camp. We loved the clean cabin, screened in porch, outdoor fire pit, and the deck on the river. Great weekend with our large dog. We will be back for more relaxation in the wilderness, and great fishing with Charles!"

"This was our second time staying here! The first time it was just the two of us and we enjoyed it so much we decided to share our rare find with others. We invited 3 other couples to join us and they all felt the same as we did, what a wonderful place. You are out of town but yet close enough it is no bother to go into town to get anything you may need! We went to ride sidexside and Patten ATV Club has such a vast trail system of their own and connects to others that it brings so many smiles and miles for all to enjoy!Annie is by far one of the best hosts we have dealt with, Again a great place for all your wants and needs"
