Nice Place to Stay in Phuket

Hotel Rabbit Mansion is one of the most comforting and relaxing place in Thailand, I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are spacious size and whatever which gives you comforts like comfortable beds and bed sets, large bathroom and enough space between the toilet and shower, refrigerator, room’s cooling system in the hot weather of Phuket, large balcony for your relaxing time in the morning and having breakfast in the breeze and enjoying the nice view of the green mountains, Internet and TV to connect you to the outside world and news, safety box at the room to secure your valuable belongings and many more that gives you a full sense of satisfaction when you stay somewhere and enjoying the hospitality from your host. I really enjoyed swimming in their neat and clean swimming pool and love their hardworking and dedicated staff. Bottom line, a NICE place to stay in Phuket.

There are good pluses and bad minuses. Wifi was poor throughout in my room so we had to be in pool area to get wifi. The bathroom separator curtain doesn’t exist. Bathtub is scrapped from the bottom. Hot water doesn’t reach bathtub but outside bathtub on floor it reaches. So floor gets wet and due to slope issues water stays stuck in places. Basin is too small. On the plus side. Rooms are great. Neat clean. Balcony was great. Food in their restaurant is good and cheap. Their scooter hire is cheap. Pool is very good. Staff are super excellent cooperative and always trying to help. So really mixed bag. Location is not beach but surrounded by eateries bars massage parlours etc. We chose family room and it’s adequate for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The king bed can easily fit 3 adults.

The lady owner was so kind and lovely. Yes , She is very professional about her business. Very cooperative and strict too. everyone can stay with family , children or couple too .Rooms are so big and much much comfortable. And one special edition. I love the cats of owners . they come freely in our room and so cute 😍😍😍 one weird notice was stick in bathroom. please remove them. 😁😁😁

Patron nous a jeté dehors

En arrivant à l’hotel, nous avons remarqué qu’il y avaient énormément de scooters a l’entree et beaucoup de bruit. Chambre : pas top. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien (avec 35°C c’est juste horrible pour dormir). Il y a une forte odeur d’egouts. Les murs sont fins comme du papier, on y entend tout ce que les voisins font. Paiement : nous avons du payer des frais supplémentaires au patron en plus du paiement via expédia. (360 Bath) Personnel : le patron est audieux. Au début de notre séjour, nous avons vu une famille avec 4 enfants (de moins de 6 ans) se faire jeter de l’hotel sous un soleil brûlant de 34°C. Nous ne connaissions pas la raison mais nous nous sommes dit qu’ils avaient surement fait quelque chose de mal. A notre dernier jour, nous avons rendu la clé de la chambre a midi et le taxi venait nous prendre entre 16 et 17h. A 16h le patron nous a expulsé de l’hotel Car nous n’etions plus des « clients », quand mon mari a voulu lui parler le patron a sorti une hache (oui une hache!!) et a pris son tuyeai d’arrosage en nous jetant de l’eau pour que nous partions de l’entrée de l’hotel. Les clients étaient choqués, ce n’est pas la première fois, et nous nous sommes senti humiliés (nous avons pris 14 nuits dans cet hôtel, un minimum de respect!) Situation : La plage est a 40min a pied, avec la chaleur c’est très désagréable surtout que la Nanai road est pleine de grandes montées. Bref : pire expérience de toute ma vie. A éviter.
