DÉCEVANT !

AUCUNE SÉCURITÉ ! Tout le monde peut entrer dans l’hôtel. Le lieu est désuet, mal entretenu, moisi et cassé (inondation dans la baignoire). Niveau confort, nous avons du changer de chambre car la clim ne marchait pas, ni le wifi, vis à vis gênant avec les fenêtres d’en face. Seul point positif : C’est au calme et la chambre et spacieuse. Le personnel n’est vraiment pas souriant et pas du tout accueillant. J’ai fait 2 autres hôtels sur Patong ils étaient parfaits ! Ne vous attardez pas sur celui la vous allez être déçu...

Nice and spacious. Can order a massage in your room. The only downside I’d that you can’t control the temperature of the air conditioner. Can only control the fan speed. Apart from that everything else was good.

States it has “rooftop pool and bar”. Rooftop pool is correct however no bar in sight. Mould all through the rooms and bathroom and smelt musty. View from the balcony straight into someone else’s room. Terrible place in general

Don’t be fooled by the first appearance

Location is great, it doesn’t look that nice from the outside and you do feel slightly disappointed once you get there, but don’t be fooled. The rooms are big and spacious the pool area is lovely and it is worth every penny.

Zimmer war soweit ok, von der Klimaanlage war das Display sehr unleserlich, Funktion war etwas eingeschränkt, das Wasser vom Rand der Badewanne lief immer in eine Ecke wo es stehen blieb und vom Personal nicht weggewischt sondern nur der Mülleimer davor gestellt wurde. Personal war immer freundlich und nett.

午夜入住時見到個門口有啲嚇一跳望清楚原來要行入小小先到我間酒店門口 房間整潔 好大 我租嗰間是有浴缸的 但我建議 租一間企缸吧 因為浴缸 個高度起碼你有身高5尺8寸以上上上落落先覺得方便如太矮呢係需要人幫助扶住喺浴缸行出嚟嘅 早餐方便要求唔高的話都算ok嘅 員工有禮笑容可掬清潔房間非常好值得一讚check in check out非常方便 下次再去布吉都會再選這間酒店 又鄰近 商場

Struttura fatiscente a partire dall ingresso che ti fa raggelare! La hall all inizio era in una stanza male odorante e vecchia che x fortuna poi hanno spostato!! Le camere all inizio in confronto al resto sembrano la zona migliore poi quando inizi a guardare nel dettaglio iniziano i problemi: pulizia praticamente iniesistente, lenzuola lavate si ma con macchie enormi di qualcosa di indefinibile asciugamani bianco grigio tendente al nero con strappi annessi.. il bagno datato con macchie di ruggine che ogni volta che ti facevi l doccia si allagava tutto. Spolverare? Non sanno cosa significa e se usavi i bicchieri magari per bere una coca o una birra non te li sciaquavano manco morti. E che dire della colazione? Le paste se le lanciavi al muro lasciavano i solchi perché erano le stesse del giorno prima, di varietà manco a parlarne sempre le stesse cose! Forse l unica nota positiva è il fatto che ci abbiano permesso (pagando 17 euro in più) di tenere la stanza fino alle 16! Anche la posizione lascia a desiderare perché x arrivare al mare ci metti almeno 10 minuti a piedi!! MAI PIÙ!!!!!!

dieses Hotel braucht dringend eine Geschäftsführung vor Ort die auch kontrolliert.Es kann nicht sein ,dass Natels der Angestellten wichtiger sind als der Gast. Games spielen bis zum umfallen!!!! Schade das Hotel hätte eine gute Grundstruktur.Auf dem Dach,am Pool gibt es nicht einen Sonnenschirm und das bei täglich 30-34 Grad .Entäuschend ist auch das Angebot am Frühstücksbufet sehr dürftig.Hängt jedoch mit der Kontrolle der Verantwortlichen zusammen.
