"The bush room was very comfortable and I'm sorry we weren't able to see it in the daylight as I think the views from the little outside balcony would have been brilliant. (arrived late and off before dawn for the Anzac service). A little care to be taken going down the steps to use the bathroom in the main house, (as I said it was dark) but otherwise all good and suited our needs. Thankyou to Grant for picking us up at the station as the train was very delayed."

"Abermain was a fantastic hotel. Great location to be close to the wineries in Pokolbin and Lovedale. Room was clean and it’s situated in a hotel that is 115 years old. We were worried about the shared bathroom but it was totally fine. The bar food looked great, even though we didn’t indulge after a day at the wineries. Would definitely come back to the Abermain. "

"Lovely place with spacious rooms and charmy brick walls. Rooms were clean and functional. Some wear and tier is everyware. But it was not critical for us. Unfortunately the food in restaurant (bistro) over dinner was not meeting our expectations and was overpriced. All the fried bits were cooked on old smelly oil, so we were not able to eat it.
