Our kids had an amazing time, especially enjoying the chocolate massage and the pool area. It meant so much to us to see them so happy and included. Between the beautiful setting, the thoughtful details, and the heartfelt hospitality, we created memories we will cherish for a long time. This boutique hotel hosts only four rooms, which creates a sense of exclusivity and allows for very personalized service. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. Please make this place part of your itinerary when visiting Baños—it won’t disappoint."

"Our stay was amazing. The location is incredible - all alone on a mt top. The staff made us feel spoiled and they are so friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and seemed new actually. The views, the jacuzzi looking out over the mt and nearby city, the fireplace.... all made our stay magical. We did not eat dinner at the site, but breakfast was delicious."
