"This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far. The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. "We had a great experience here. The hotel staff took good care of us from the moment we checked in. Upon checking in we were informed that an upgraded room with a private balcony was available and we could have it at no additional cost. The front desk staff helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward.
