"This is probably one of the nice is best western properties I have ever stayed at especially with it being in a foreign country. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were really clean. Our room for 2 with king bed was on this small side but the ambiance and the layout made it feel so much bigger. We even had our own privatw patio area off of our room. "Location was great -3 stops from Termini.Breakfast had good variety. Staff were helpful. Area was safe with many places to eat. Our room was quite big and modern facing a quiet side street. Unfortunately the bathroom was very small with light switches in a peculiar place. Also shower was over bath-not safe for elderly people and hard to get decent shower without detaching and holding onto shower head, Overall a good choice of hotel."

"They staff, from the desk to the restaurant, could not be more welcoming and helpful. That being said, the standard rooms are dated and need updates and the amenities are not great. Also, the hotel is not very central so expect large Uber or Taxi fares to get anywhere. On top of that, the hotel experienced a power outage from 10:30pm until 10am on our last night, and not one person contacted me to see if I was okay. As a handicapped person, on the sixth floor, that was not very comforting. Additionally, upon checkout, no accommodation was made, which was disappointing."

"This hotel was fantastic. Our room was clean, well stocked with water. The full breakfast was a perfect way to begin our day. Everything was delicious. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They helped us out with information about getting around Rome and some bookings. They also booked our transportation back to the airport."
