"Phil picked us up at the airport, phil was very nice, very helpful, loaded our luggage and helped getting it inside the best western premier. Alex was ready with our room key, checked us in fast, very nice and helpful. Hotel was very comfortable, clean and staff were wonderful. Thank you all."

"We always stay at this hotel when passing through Kennewick, and highly recommend it. Property is convenient, close to gas, McDonalds and Burger King, Walmart and movie theater. Breakfast is hot with several options, along with waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads, parfaits. Staff are great and rooms are clean. And they are dog friendly, not charging extra for our fur baby!"

"The room was stupid big, which def made my evening work time much more relaxing than being crammed into a small space. It was super clean, and very spacious throughout the hotel. This is an older property, but has super high end in the beginning, which made the stay very nice. The staff all was very kind and friendly, food was good, check in was a breeze, def would stay again."
