Before we had gotten there I had thought I paid the full amount including accidental fees. When I arrived there I had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for any damage done in the room and accidental fees. To then find out that valet parking is taking out of that charge. El hotel en muy mal estado la gente q trabaja en el hotel muy descortes y grosera. Sobrevendieron el hotel no me dieron mi habitacion con todo y mi reserva ya pagada. Muy mala antencion y malo en todos los sentidos.
