"Clean room and bathroom with windows that you can open to let air in alongside a lovely cooling air from the air conditioning. Very well located for the Square. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful after the UEFA Conference League Final. They only had one member of bar staff, but 10 minutes later there were 4 of them behind the counter providing excellent service to hundreds of Palace fans. Breakfast was apparently nice but we didn't have it ourselves. No issues at all."

"The toilet in my room had not been cleaned on check-in which was disgusting. The staff on the front desk couldn’t care less. Not even an apology. Room has zero amenities - not even a glass. Plus I was given a disabled room. Awful experience"
