"The room was not ready when we arrived, check in was at 2pm and at 4pm the room was not ready. There was no towels in the room and we had to go ask reception for towels. The toilet flusher was faulty/hard to operate"

"I would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was very disappointing, and it seemed like the house/room was not cleaned properly during our stay. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. They were not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. At one point, we were even told to go to bed, which I found very inappropriate. As paying guests, it is our choice how we spend our time and...
