Modern Cycladic house is located in a premium uphill position in the Anavatos Villa complex on the southern part of the island of Paros. The calm and protected sandy Faragas Beach is a few minutes away and the distance from the new Paros National Airport is 3 klm. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, it is in three levels, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft and fully equipped kitchen. The architecture follows the minimal cubic design of Cyclades while the interior is decorated with minimal furnishings and art objects. The house offers outdoor dining area overlooking the Aegean Sea. The outdoor living area includes terraced landscaping featuring a herb garden, a spacious wooden deck and a private swimming pool/jacuzzi where guests can relax while sunbathing, enjoy breath taking views of the sunset, or even take a night swim. This exceptional holiday home establishes the ideal environment for a relaxed vacation for couples or groups of friends. The house is not suitable for young children.
