Set in a rural landscape with open views and stargazing, it’s a place to relax, recharge, or catch up on work. Thoughtfully styled with a calm, modern feel, it offers an easy, well-balanced stay just 10 minutes from Dargaville. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, and business guests.

This boutique tiny house, custom-designed and built in 2024, offers the comfort of a full-sized home within a compact, thoughtfully designed space. Set on a north-facing 7,000m² property, it enjoys all-day sun and open views across rolling countryside, with frequent sightings of local wildlife and excellent stargazing on clear nights.

Located just 10 minutes from Dargaville, it offers a convenient base while still feeling removed from the pace of town.

The Space

Living
A relaxed, open-plan space with TV (internet enabled), record player, and a selection of books and games. A calm, comfortable setting to unwind or recharge.

Kitchen
Well-equipped for simple or extended stays, with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a full range of cookware and utensils. The breakfast bar also provides a practical workspace.

Bedroom
Queen bed with quality linens, bedside lighting, and storage. Designed for comfort and ease.

Bathroom & Laundry
Spacious shower, vanity, toilet, and washing machine, with towels and essentials provided.

Comfort
Fully insulated with double glazing and a heat pump for year-round comfort. Gas hot water and clean rainwater supply.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to take in the rural views, with open space and wide skies creating a relaxed setting throughout the day. An outdoor dining area and BBQ make it easy to enjoy simple meals or unwind in the evening, while clear nights offer excellent stargazing.
Guests are also welcome to use fresh herbs from the garden.
