"This was a stop we made on a recent trip to Canada and I only wish we'd planned to stay longer in Quebec City. This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in and I can't compliment them enough. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. The city itself is gorgeous and everyone there was so nice. This hotel was in a perfect area. It was within waking distance of tons of restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed!!"

"The breakfast was simple but good. Quebec food products always taste great. Sausages, homefries, good scrambeled eggs. Toast. Yogurt etc. My only constructive feedback would be that when the breakfast area gets busy, the flow of food could be organized better. Silverware is "hidden" below in front of people who are lined up, jams are on the other side of the room from toast. Tiny adjautments could mean less people criss crossing the space. The 2 front desk staff and the yound lady putting food out at breakfast were all extremely personable. The hotel and room was clean and the location is right in the heart of old QC. There are a few hotel parking spots and there is street parking. "

"Tres bien, tres jolie chambre tipique du vieux Quebec. Seul point negatif, Insonorisation pas adéquate. 1ere Chambre dans couloir pret de la réception, on entend tout le monde parler et le bruit que la porte fait a lentre de la reception, le mur en shake ! "

"Beds were amazing! Loved the pillows and linens. Breakfast was great- lovely coffee, fresh croissants, eggs, cheese, jams, juice yogurt & fruit! And great location. Will go back. "
