"The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in."

"This was a great spot for my writing retreat—the home itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the hot tub to start my mornings and ended with a refreshing walk at the Enola low-grade trail, just a few minutes away by car. Kevin was immediately responsive to any questions I had. It’s a beautiful part of the county and I’m glad I found this place—will definitely keep it in mind for next year! "

"We did not stay after arriving and walking through the place. First, I'm 5'9", and half of the room I couldn't stand up straight in. My wife is 5'1" and could barely stand up straight. The place has an odor, it smelled old. It was over 90° outside when we arrived, and the air was off. It was so hot inside. The "tremendous" bathroom was FAR from tremendous. There was a sink, a toilet that was in the back corner and looked uncomfortable because it was closed on on the sides, and only a stand up...

"Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. "

When he finally came with the linens for the place, he only provided 1 pillow (for 2 adults) and 2 small throw blankets not big enough for an adult when it was below 40 degrees at night. "
