"We stayed here for the weekend. Check in was smooth. The room was relatively clean. It seems to have had an update but there are still areas where it could use a bit of renovation. For instance the floor in front of the bathroom appears to had had some water damage. The floors could use a good wash but otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. We were with a small group of friends so we made good used the lounge. You can buy snacks and there’s free coffee provided. The front desk accommodated our request for an iron. There’s no restaurant on site but there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"The suite was perfect for our one night stay in Parksville. It is beautifully furnished with homemade furniture. The pictures honestly don't do the suite justice. The host was welcoming and very helpful. The communication was great and the host responded quickly."
