"This resort is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. This is a dog-friendly resort; there are doggy bags and garbage receptacles for dog waste on the grounds. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the walk down to the beach is easy, but on a very slight grade. The resort itself is beautiful with great walking paths, a pool, and a gym. I would definitely stay here again."

"The family suit was very spacious. Check in was quick and easy and the property was very dog friendly. We enjoyed the free mini golf and being so close to the Beach. The room amenities were very basic. No regular coffee, weird toilet paper. No low lighting/lamps only very bright overhead highlighting. Also, so water bottle fill station onsite. Overall, a great value in Parksville if you aren’t too caught up in the small details."

"Really great property right on the beach! If you care more about just relaxing and using the property to relax on your balcony or just hang out on the beach then this place is amazing. Would say the spa is overpriced and the food at the restaurant is sub par and takes awhile to hit your table. Overall, I would give 4 stars because of the location and friendly staff."

"Stayed in Room 103 May 28-June 2. The room was clean, and linens were clean. Beds were very comfortable! Some small areas of the room (a few spots on the walls, corners of bathroom) could use some attention, and the shower head is kind of low, so for people 5’10 or taller, it would be an awkward shower, but other than that, nothing to complain about! Staff were friendly! There is a Boston Pizza and a Tim Horton’s across the road, easily in walking distance. There is a cannabis store (only mentioning for those who would like to know) and a burger place next door to the hotel. Parksville is a great neutral location to return to after a day of Island Adventures. Definitely recommend this hotel for travellers. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room. Upper level are accessible only by stairs. And keep your eyes open for the resident bunnies!"
