"Had a wonderful time at the tavern. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool."

"The downstairs area used to feature a bar/restaurant for years. My last visit we found out that it is no longer there. I hope someone else does something with the space that benefits the hotel. The downstairs bar/restaurant was the main reason for always picking this hotel when in Warren."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."
