"This is an older property with renovated rooms. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for a short stay. The location is great as you're about 1 mile from the water and 1 block from downtown shopping and bars. My only complaint would be the bath towels provided were small, stained, and mismatched. "

"This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It modern, tastefully updated, quiet, and most importantly, very clean. We liked that it's walkable to many restaurants, shops, the London Bridge and other attractions. Ashley, our host thought of every little detail to make our stayed so comfortable and made us felt a home away from home. We definitely would stay here again in the future when visiting Lake Havasu and surrounding areas. "
