Escape to the Brick House at Riverside Point Resort, a cozy riverfront retreat along the bends of the Fish Hook River in Park Rapids, MN! Originally built in 1945, this home combines vintage charm with modern comfort, perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or reunions.



Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has ample storage and all the essentials to cook up delicious meals. The dining area and living room provide a welcoming space to relax, share meals, and unwind. The living room features a large sectional and a smart TV for entertainment.

All bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the Main and Second Levels:

-The basement of the house is part of the Resort’s community game room and coin laundry area, shared with other Resort guests. The Main and Second Levels are private for Brick House guests.

-Guests may park up to 4 vehicles; additional vehicles or trailers require management approval.

Pet Policy: We will consider dogs 2 years and older. Guests must provide the age, breed, and weight of their dog(s) when inquiring to determine approval and the required pet fee. Approval is not guaranteed. The Resort also has a fenced off-leash area for dogs.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, and general outdoor areas of the resort. In addition, the basement of the house is a common area, offering coin laundry and a game room for all guests of the Resort, providing a fun escape with a pool table, ping pong table, darts, chess and an array of card and board games.



Guests are able to venture to the resort's "Riverside Point" where a grassy peninsula awaits on the shores of Fish Hook River. Here, fire pits with inviting benches offer a place to gather and enjoy the beauty of nature, while a dock stands ready for boating or fishing adventures. We provide kayaks, canoes and other small self-propelled water vessels for complementary use (first-come, first served). Firewood can be pre-ordered for $6 per bundle or $8 per bundle on site. We also have a pontoon available for rent so our guests can enjoy all Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during their stay!



For the angler at heart, a fish house with running water provides a convenient spot to clean and prepare your catch of the day, while water toys, floaties, life jackets, and beach toys await in the nearby shed, promising endless hours of outdoor fun.

We understand that dogs are part of the family and will consider allowing dogs age 2 years and older to join you during your stay. Approval is not guaranteed, and cats are not permitted.



To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the following pet policy applies:

-Guests must provide the age, breed, and weight/size of each dog at the time of inquiry or booking. This information is required to determine approval.



Approval & Fees

I-f a dog is approved, an additional pet fee will apply. A separate payment request will be sent after booking. Approval is based on the information provided and is at the sole discretion of management.



Rules & Restrictions

-Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and fully vaccinated

-Dogs must be leashed at all times outdoors, except in the designated fenced off-leash dog area

-Guests must clean up after their dogs

-Dogs are not permitted on furniture



We reserve the right to decline certain breeds, sizes, multiple dogs, or any dog that poses a concern



Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their dog(s). Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, removal of the pet, or termination of the reservation without refund.



🐕‍🦺 SERVICE ANIMALS



ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the resort.



Service animals must:

-Remain under the control of their handler at all times

-Be leashed or harnessed, unless doing so interferes with their trained task -or the handler’s disability

-Be properly cleaned up after by the handler

-Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their service animal.



We kindly request that guests traveling with service animals notify our reservations team at the time of booking so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation.



For the purposes of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted without prior management approval.
