This remarkable property on Woodside Avenue is situated in the prestigious "Gold Coast" neighborhood of Old Town, offering you an unbeatable location to fully experience all that Park City has to offer.
Property Highlights:
Layout: This Old Town gem is a spacious 6-bedroom duplex, designed as an up-and-down duplex with no interior connection between the two units. It's the perfect choice for two families or a larger group, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.
Proximity to Ski Access: Just a stone's throw away from the 5th Street stairs, this property provides quick and easy access to the slopes. You can even ski back home for a leisurely lunch!
Professionally Managed: Rest easy knowing that your stay is professionally managed by SkyRun Vacation Rentals, your local property management experts.
Prime Location: Nestled in the heart of the "Gold Coast" in Old Town, this property boasts an ideal location. It's only one flight of stairs away from the slopes in winter and hiking trails in the summer. Plus, you're just two blocks from the vibrant Main Street, making it easy to enjoy the town's bustling atmosphere.
Private Hot Tub: After a day of adventure, unwind in your private hot tubs (One for Each Unit!), which offers stunning views of the slopes. You can also cozy up in front of one of the four fireplaces, one in each living room and one in each of the master bedrooms.
Convenience: This property not only offers a comfortable place to relax but also saves you time and energy getting to and from the mountain.
Slope Access: From mid-December to the end of March, the slopes are conveniently accessible right across the street, up just one flight of stairs.
Main Street Access: The heart of Main Street is just a short two-block walk down the city stairs.
Interior Features: The living rooms feature new, comfortable couches surrounding a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Patios off the living areas provide the perfect space for relaxing in one of two private hot tubs or grilling up your favorite summer meals.
The kitchens are fully equipped with all the tools you need for preparing home-cooked meals, including a combination K-pod and drip coffee maker, toaster, and stainless steel appliances.
The dining tables can comfortably seat up to six, with three additional barstools available at the breakfast bar for Unit A with four at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar for Unit B.
Parking: If you have a vehicle, there's convenient parking for up to 4 cars in the heated driveway.
Entertainment: The owner provides YouTube TV for live television, and all the popular apps are readily available on the TVs for streaming, including Netflix and Prime.
