"My stay was during the winter storm on Jan 25. It was a wonderful stay!! All - really all - of the staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly! The breakfast was beyond expectations! Waffles were the best! The Manager was checking in with guests to make sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. And he was very appreciative of his team:). Oh and the bar was great and also very friendly! Food was outstanding."

"The water in the Hot tub looked cloudy but was ok. The water temp. was just right. The pool water temp also was just right. There was a little dirt around the pool and hot tub, hard to see against the dark floor but at eye level ,you could see the floor as dirty. I even noticed two used bandaids( also hard to see as they were clear in color. Sadly , I must report seeing one cockroach in my bathroom . "

"We came in late on the night we were to check in and Allen at the front desk was very helpful and got us a room on the ground floor for pool access author being in top of the pool. The next morning when i was going to fill water bottles for my kids, Lauren gave us several bottles of water to take on our day. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast far, but was fresh and well stocked. Parking was ample. Only real complaint was with their phone system. When trying to call while on the road, we were unable to actually contact the front desk. We kept getting some AI service which have us genetic regurgitated responses. All in all, am excellent stay"
