"our shower knob did not work and would not turn from cold to hot water. All we had was cold water. We did mention that during the check out and the staff was aware of that issue, but didnt do anything to mitigate the circumstances. Did not even offer a discount for the room. In other words, they knew about the faulty shower and still booked us into that room."

"We had a fantastic stay at Conestoga Ranch! We stayed with two adults and three children, and the wagon had plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean, and we were especially impressed with the number of bathrooms throughout the property. Even with a full resort, it was easy to shower and use the facilities without long waits. The fire pits were one of our favorite parts of the stay, and the fire pit valet service was such a fun and convenient touch. The on-site restaurant was...
