"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "The loft was a beautiful place, it was clean and quiet, everything was very clean. The location was very close to the downtown area and the lake, we walked there almost every day. I had a slight issue with the coffee maker (it didn't work at the outlet) but upon contacting the owner, a new coffeemaker was brought and it was discovered that the outlet just needed to be reset.
