"The check-in process a CitizenM is super quick and I have always had a room ready no matter what time I have arrived. This is unusual in Paris! The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, will accompany you to your room if needed, and perhaps most importantly, exhibit teamwork as it is supposed to be. Location of this is also perfect as there is a little covered passageway or gallery that takes you from Hall 1 of Gare du Nord to the hotel. This is super convenient if it is raining! There is not need to purchase breakfast at this hotel as in Paris there are options if on a budget that are available everywhere. I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel is older each time but wear seems managed and it remains a 4 star experience for we who prefer clean, simple, efficient, and upbeat."

"Everything was wonderful - courteous, helpful and friendly staff; big comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom, free bottles of water daily, and appreciated the option of a gym kit in my room; fabulous breakfast and good food at the Italian restaurant within the hotel, great view from Skybar; good location as 3 metro stations close by. "Small spotless room, courteous, amazing location, I would recommend and will return on future trips through Paris. Quick beautiful walk to Notre Dame and the Pantheon, and there is an amazing brunch place around the corner (Jozi's) for brunch. Also, check for classical piano concerts in the close-by little church of St. Ephrem the Syrian. The mattresses and pillows were both very good. "
