This bright, chic, super quiet and extremely well located appartment can sleep 6 people (+ a baby bed).
Located on the 4th floor (elevator), it is very bright and quiet as it facing 2 courtyard with trees.
We are a well travelled franco american family that got our place equiped the way we want to travel ourselves to make your life easier: Excellent bedding, washer + drier, all kitchen equipment (sodastream , nespresso machine, hair iron, baby accessories, baby carrier backpack etc.). Each bedrooms have its own TV, and wifi is optical fiber.
It is located 1' away from 2 subway lines ( line 12 North/South an line 2 East/West) and 3 buses lines to visit all monuments with no trouble ( itinerary guide is suggested).

Recently renovated by an architect, it kept its classic touch as it has parquet floors, molded ceilings but has modernity thanks to the designers furniture (Philippe Starck, P. Urquiola, Kartell, etc...), antics and authentic classic advertising from the 1930’s (you will love them !!).
You will feel at home in a incredibly quiet bubble as it opens on 2 courtyards with trees in front of the windows. Very bright (5th floor), you will enjoy the its relaxing atmosphere while being in the center of the very trendy neighborhood "SoPi"

It proposes:
1- a master bedroom with a queen size bed, TV and a large dressing.
2- The second bedroom that can be set up either with a queen size bed size or 2 twin’s beds.
3- An extra sleeping in the living room with a (excellent mattress) pull out sofa that can sleep very comfortably 2 people (queen size).
One baby bed is also available if needed.
4- The large bathroom has a walk-in shower and all required accessories to feel pretty and ready (hair dryer, curler, laundry washer, laundry drier etc.)
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances to cook fantastic French dinner.


Neighbourhood: Our appartment is located in the 9th, the real Paris, in the 'trendy' SOPI - South Pigalle that the NY times describes as ' “There is no better place to rent an apartment and to pretend, even for a brief time, to live in Paris.”
Walkable distance to Montmartre, sacre coeur Moulin Rouge, Place des Abbesses, Opera, Galerie Lafayette, Louvre, and the garden of the museum of the vie romantique!
Historically, this neighbourhood, famous in 19th Century literature, was called the 'New Athens' as most of the intellectuals of the era were living there at the time: Hugo, Chopin, Sand,Gauguin etc… while less wealthy artists were living in Montmartre. This unique intellectual energy and the mosaic of people living here, makes it one of the neighbourhoods valued by the Parisians to live. It has been celebrated by the New York Times as the 'real Paris’ off the standard tourist track. This neighbourhood is a unique one, which explains the limited number of apartments that are available. Today, many young, talented fashion designers have located in this neighbourhood and are side by side with authentic food store and the numerous guitar shops. The famous 'rue des Martyrs' is 5mn away proposing one of the best and authentic choices in term of food shopping and real Parisian fooding (NY times describes it as 'the last real street in Paris.”).

Transportation: Very well located to discover Paris, it is connected to most of the key neighbourhoods by 2 subway lines that covers Paris from North to South (line 12) and east /west (line 2) and 3 buses (30/54/40) will take you directly to the Champs Elysees, the Louvre, the top of Montmartre, the left bank etc..
Adjacent to the building, you will find a grocery store open every day until late (very unique in Paris) and one of the best fooding stage in Paris. Our building is located on a quiet courtyard that you can enjoy if you need to smoke (appartment is smoke free)
