Bed is a bit saggy in the middle, bathroom around the shower could be cleaner, drapes need a wash, and the toaster smokes and sets off the smoke detector (with nothing in it). That said, its a convenient location with good amenities and plenty of hot water.

The location in the Épinettes district is perfect for exploring Paris, It's a quiet area, yet close enough to the vibrant atmosphere of the Moulin Rouge, The studio itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a great base for my adventures, I particularly enjoyed the nearby Square des Batignolles, which was a beautiful spot to relax, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and practical place to stay!

The apartment's location is great, only a 15-minute walk from the opera house, It's a modern, cozy place, but it does have its issues, The walls seem quite thin, as we could hear every word from the neighbors, The noise from the front door closing woke us up multiple times during the night, Additionally, there were noticeable plumbing issues - water leaking from the sink and shower, At one point, we even had no hot water, The TV was also a disappointment, unable to stream Netflix, Despite these drawbacks, we still had a mostly positive experience with the apartment, The internet was fast, and the kitchen and bed were comfortable,
