The Space:

Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.

This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.



The studio features with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.



As you enter the apartment, you'll find :



- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),

- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed,

- a queen size bed (160 by 200),

- a storage space,

- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in Time starts at 2:00 PM.

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM at the latest.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Concierge Service: You will be provided with the contact details of an agent who will hand over the keys and answer any questions regarding the apartment and the neighborhood.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit of €250 is required, payable exclusively online by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Rules and Responsibilities:

Respect the quietness of the neighborhood: Excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Please note that building maintenance work may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for any disturbances.



Internet Access:

Use the internet connection responsibly. Any illegal activities are prohibited, and we are not responsible for any potential connection issues.



Reservation Conditions:

Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, access to the property will be denied, with no refund.
