The room is very spacious for family and nice to have a kitchenette. Also, you can use the laundry for free with detergent provided. Lots of restaurants in the area. There is no 24 hr front desk, so you need to check in before 5 pm otherwise the front door is locked. The front desk desk receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay! From the moment we arrived to departure, we couldnt fault a thing. Super friendly staff, helping us with our car and recommending places to eat. The apartment was fantastic- really spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Metro station just a few minutes away. Loads of shops/restaurants on the doorstep.

The location was phenomenal. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, bars, groceries right outside the doors! You must check in at #4 and the apartments are across the street. Very easy to find. We booked for a family of 5 and had no issues with space. There was a room with 2 single beds, a room with a double/queen and a living area with another single bed. The kitchen area was equipped with coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge. About 25 min walk to the Louvre.

Loved our time here. Rooms were clean, great size, living room and a bedroom. And location was perfect, 15 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier, restaurants along the street, boulangeries, fromagerie, pharmacy, hair salon. Hopefully we will be back soon!

This was our second stay at Cadet Residence. Fantastic welcome as always. Comfortable large apartment with a double bed and three single beds. All amenities fully functional and clean. Plentiful supply of towels and toiletries.

Don’t let the entrance from the street distract you. Family friendly apartments in an area that is full of restaurants and cafes and bakeries. Close to the train station and depending on how you feel, you could walk to most landmarks. The help at reception was brilliant, helping with everything from advice on train tickets to restaurants or any help needed. Great spot to base yourself for a stay in Paris.

The property was great, big enough for our family of five, clean and walkable to most places. There were excellent food options on the same street as the apartment which made eating with small children really simple!Would definitely return as a great base for Paris and travel in and out of gard du nord.

Great hotel

Great front desk staff, very helpful with communication. Perfect neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping. It’s a local neighborhood with very little tourists. Room was very comfortable, sitting area included sofa, chair and small dining table with chairs. Separate room with bed. Comfortable bathroom with separate toilet area. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was okay overall, but the apartment section, which is separate from the main hotel, was quite dated and not very pleasant. The entrance and surrounding area felt dirty and uninviting, with garbage bins visible as you walked in, and there was an unpleasant smell in the entrance area. The apartment had a kitchenette, but everything felt quite old. There was also a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and we found a dirty towel in the room when we checked in. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the apartment section was disappointing. The main hotel lobby, at least, looked much nicer and more welcoming.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay, the lady in the reception was very helpful and let us check in early. The only negative is the bad smells coming from the bathroom sink. Otherwise this place is perfect for us. And will be happy to stay again next time we visit Paris.
