Carino, confortevole

Il personale Ăš molto cordiale, parlano l'italiano. L'hotel dista a circa 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Ha una vista molto graziosa. Siamo andati in pieno inverno ma comunque dentro si stava molto bene. Punto a suo sfavore Ăš il bagno, forse pulito ma un po datato e la doccia al quanto scomoda.

L'hÎtel est bien situé, le staff sont trÚs gentil, le lieu est sécurisé, nous reviendrons probablement une prochaine fois. Néanmoins, il manque quelques ustensiles, et il serait bien de rafraßchir les chambres.

Personnel totalement désintéressé et focalisé sur l'aspect financier. Transformateur hors service donc pas d'électricité dans la moitié du studio, manque flagrant de matériel ( une fourchette, une casserole...), 2 semaines pour un remboursement sur facturation erronée de taxes, alors que l'hotel facture diretement pour perte de clés. Un conseil: allez plutÎt dans les Appart'City de Paris, le service y est radicalement différent.

Beau hotel

A l’extĂ©rieure et Ă  l’accueil l’hĂŽtel apparaĂźt bien mais dĂ©s qu’on est dans les Ă©tages c’est differents, par rapport Ă  notre chambre elle ete pas spacieuse: diffĂ©rentes des photos sur le site, le lave vaisselle ne marche pas, le radiateur Ă©tĂ© vieux , le sole il y’a des tache sur la moquette. Si non le Mr de l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien souriant, calme et trĂšs gentil. J’ai Ă©tĂ© bien accueillie et orientĂ©. Merci beaucoup Ă  lui.

Escrocquerie

TrĂšs mauvaise surprise et trĂšs mauvais accueil. J'ai Ă©tĂ© surpris du fait qu'il fasse donner une caution de 250€ par carte bleue information qui effectivement m'avait Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© en minuscule dans le mail que j'ai reçu. De ce fait j'ai perdu 100€ pour une chambre auquelle je n'ai pas eu droit d'accĂ©der. Dans ces cas lĂ  il aurait mieux valut une prĂ©-reservation que l'on paye sur place aprĂšs avoir donnĂ© une caution comme ça pas de surprise aux dĂ©triments du client.

Chambre tout simplement infĂąme .. Moquette ignoble, ultra, ultra tachĂ©e, tĂ©lĂ©commande tĂ©lĂ© qui tient avec du scotch, toilettes bouchĂ©es, impossible d'accrocher le pommeau de douche car il n'y a plus la barre, ventilation inexistante tellement elle est crade et poussiĂ©reuse, micro ondes en panne ... Bref, franchement, Ă  dĂ©conseiller absolument ... Personnel gentil mais pas un seul ne s'est mĂȘme juste excusĂ© pour tout ça ... Plus jamais

It is OK if you have a short budget.

The hotel is well located and close to Metro, however the room is smaller that apears in the picture, the furniture is old, and they clean your room only once a week (information given at front desk), as I stayed 3 nights, my room was not cleaned during this period.

Cheap hotel well placed at highway

It has a great spot in between Paris and Disneyland! It's cheap and got all required infrastructure surrounding. Best location for good growth, but maybe because of cheap rates it also behave cheap. Unfortunately had damages in room and ash spots in non-smoking room and nobody interested in fixing situation. But again it's possibly fair for the cheap rate...

Leider kann ich kein gutes Wort ĂŒber das Hotel da lassen. Das Zimmer: die Möbel heruntergekommen und defekt Die Betten: alt, abgelebt und gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr Kinder siehe Fotos Die KĂŒche: einfach nur dreckig, die Mikrowelle wurde sehr lange nicht gereinigt Das Bad: Schimmlig, das Waschbecken defekt, der Wasserhahn defekt, die Dusche undicht und somit stĂ€ndig Wasser auf dem Boden nach dem Duschen Die Beleuchtung: da fehlt auch gerne mal eine Lampenabdeckung Die Sicherheit: ist nicht gegeben da der Rachmelder abgebaut war Die Sauberkeit: ohne Worte, innerhalb von fĂŒnf Tagen erfolgte keine Zimmerreinigung weder der MĂŒll noch der Boden oder das Bad wurden gereinigt. Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel nur gegen GebĂŒhr. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck: immer nur zwei sorten Wurst ( Salami, Kochschinken) um 6:30 Uhr war noch alles vorhanden danach gab es kaum noch etwas, die Mitarbeiter waren lustlos, und erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen wurde Brot nachgefĂŒllt. Einem anderen Gast wurde gesagt, wenn es alle ist dann bekommt man auch nichts mehr. Wenn man sich aber mit dem Personal angefreundet hat, bekommen diese ihr Brot und Nutella persönlich serviert. Alles in allem kann man dieses Hotel fĂŒr einen Urlaub nicht empfehlen. Auch wenn es relativ preiswert ist und man nicht viel verlangen kann sollte doch die Hygiene und Sicherheit gegeben sein.

Hotel in paris

This hotel looked pleasing in its advert, but the room smelt of damp the carpet and walls had scorch marks. The sofa beds were broken as was much of the furniture. The bathroom felt grubby because it was a wet room with wallpaper ( I guess this was the damp smell). The staff failed to tell us about breakfast and so we had breakfast out everyday. This is not a hotel I would recommend in Paris.

Close to metro, but 30 min. away from heart of Paris which means a lot of time on an often crowded metro or rack up expenses with Uber.
