Sofa bed (sleeping area: 170 cm x 93 cm + mattress topper), three square cushions and four backrest cushions. Dining table with two chairs and cushions. Mobile air conditioning and large fan available.



2) Bedroom:

Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with storage space for your suitcases (height: 33 cm). The headboard is made of the foam mattress from the sofa, folded in two, and a grey sheet. Premium hybrid mattress: pocket springs, memory foam and latex for optimal support. Storage unit with four drawers and clothes rack. Smart TV connected to an internet box with access to streaming platforms. Desk with lamp and chair. Bedside table with storage space for duvets. Fan available.



3) Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and workspace:

Silent fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven and two ceramic hobs. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, manual dish drainer.



4) Bathroom:

Spacious shower, electric water heater, electric towel dryer. New washing machine with quick cycle. Hairdryer (mirror socket available when the LED mirror lights are on). Small fan heater for winter.



5) Entrance:

Storage space for pillows on the TV table (for the living room, self-service). Shopping trolley for supermarket trips.



6) Separate WC with window and sliding door on rails.

Wonderful owner

Owner available and accommodating. Great location and clean but modest unit. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Toilette in a closet, can't close door.

Pros: Top Lage. Restaurants und Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Auch die Metro Stationen sind höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt. Im Appartement war alles da für den täglichen Gebrauch-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher. Der Gastgeber war beim Check-in anwesend, ist sehr freundlich, hat uns kurz in alles eingeführt. Cons: Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem. Soll laut Gastgeber aber demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Pros: Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances (dont la soirée de Noël) dans cet appartement sous le toit et c'était un très bon choix : il est assez grand, bien équipé, bien situé et bien chauffé (ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein hiver). Les hôtes sont accueillants et joignables en cas de questions, le voisinage est très correct, le tout dans un bel immeuble ancien pas loin de métro, des commerces et des quartiers touristiques.
