Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can go by bike (2km) to the city center to do your market, drink a coffee on the terrace or discover our beautiful Landes evenings, but also, discover our cycle paths and go to the lake for boating , paddle or have fun at Aqua leisure. You are also 22km from Biscarrosse beach and 32km from Mimizan beach to try your hand at surfing lessons. The house has an entrance with storage leading to the living room. This consists of a television (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) as well as a large table to enjoy your meals. Also, the kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave and an American refrigerator. For added convenience, a pantry is adjacent to the kitchen. Three bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed (new in 2024) can accommodate up to 6 people. For more privacy, one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. For others, a bathroom is available with a separate toilet for more comfort. On the outside, a garden surrounds the house and a large west-facing terrace allows you to enjoy your meals and enjoy the sunny days. For optimal comfort, sun loungers, outdoor tables and a barbecue are also available. Finally, a garage and a parking space are present in the rental. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
