"We have stayed in Tropea before (12 years ago) but this hotel had not been built then. A different part of Tropea but as we arrived our fabulous stay began. The staff here are amazing (all from the Manager, to the Bar staff to the cleaning ladies). The rooms are larger than average with excellent facilities. Each room has its own dedicated sun loungers by the pool. Breakfast is served up top, near the pool. The freshly cooked omelettes and scrambled eggs were delicious. All staff spoke beautiful English and even helped me with my Italian. Recommendations for restaurants did not disappoint. A stones throw from centre of Tropea. No hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone"
"This is a smart hotel where there is no one staffing the front desk after 3! We were delayed in Checking in until 9 pm so the while procedure emailed to us was a little anxiety producing. However, everything went smoothly. We had not reserved parking as we didn’t realize we had to 24 hours in advance, but we were fortunate to find street parking right in front of the hotel, which was good for getting our bags in the room. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom with its jacuzzi tub provided great relaxation after a very bad journey. The morning breakfast bar was extensive and varied and very much enjoyed. We were able to walk into town easily but the hotel is in a quiet area with a wonderful pizzeria across the way."
"It was a nice and clean place. Only issue I had was the bathroom showers were too small for me. I’m 6’5 and 300. It was too tight and uncomfortable for me. Other than that I had a good stay."
"Overall, our stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices, but the main restaurant’s menu was limited. I also found the air fresheners in the corridors too strong and unpleasant.
Our biggest disappointment was the staff’s attitude. While the reception staff were polite, the restaurant staff and others throughout the resort were neither friendly nor welcoming. Guests are there to relax and enjoy their vacation, and a warm smile and pleasant attitude make all the difference. Unfortunately, genuine hospitality was lacking."
"This is a great place with amazing views from breakfast and lunch area. great access to beach. Over all all the staff was really really helpful and our stay was wonderful. On Hotel.com website the address takes you to next street. so please correct that."

8/10 Good
"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained.
The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner.
One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time.
Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay.
The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"
