Acomodaçao horrivel, mal cheiro, sujo, serviço de limpeza restrito, banheiro com manutençao ruim, vazo solto, travesseiros sujos com manchas. Café da manha ambiente sujo, bixo no cereal e frutas. Hotel sem elevador rampa horrivel para deficientes. Nao poderia se classificar como 3 estrelas."

"O hotel possui pontos muito positivos, a começar pela localização central, que é excelente para se locomover. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, os quartos estavam muito limpos e o café da manhã é ótimo.
No entanto, a estrutura antiga acaba pesando no conforto. Como o hotel fica no centro, o barulho da rua é intenso e as janelas não possuem isolamento acústico. O ar-condicionado também é um modelo antigo e bastante barulhento. Outro ponto fraco é o elevador: além de ser muito...
