"What did you like or what was unique about the property? We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grande Italia. The hotel was beautiful, charming, and welcoming. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Italy. What didn't you like? There was nothing in particular that we disliked. We had a lovely experience, and everything met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again."
