THE STONEHOUSE WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

Traditional accommodation built in 1930 with stone and wood and recently renovated.
It is located in the village of Kallepia, a few minutes from the city of Paphos and the beaches.
The magnificent Minthis Hills Golf Resorts is only 2 km away.
The accommodation is a traditional two-storey building consisting of the ground floor which includes the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, a bedroom and a W.C. With an external wooden staircase we climb to the upper floor consisting of a large room (bedroom and living room), a kitchen, a w.c and an external terrace that offers a perfect view of the surrounding area (ideal place for an evening drink). The property offers a private outdoor pool surrounded by the stone - paved courtyard and the wooden deck.
In the yard there is a shed for dining.
In all rooms there are air conditions (3 units), flat screen TVs (3), wifi throughout the accommodation, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and smaller on the upper floor.
Outside there is a barbecue grill
In the winter on the ground floor the traditional fireplace is also used.

Guest access
All the above areas may be used by visitors.The accommodation can be used at the same time by two small families who want to together holidays or by a larger family who wants to stay separate older and younger since the ground floor and the first floor can operate separately, both have a bedroom, kitchen, toilet shower and have separate entrances

The house is at the center of the village. At a distance of 100-200 meters there are two traditional Cypriot taverns (famous around Paphos for the Cypriot meze ) and 3 local cafes where mainly in the evenings villagers with tourists enjoy their coffee and beer.
Less than a mile away is Kikas Gardens famous for its brunch .
