"Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”."

"This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view! Breakfast was not good value, and despite advertising being a pizzeria, the restaurant didn’t serve pizzas the night we were there. "

"The hotel has a beautiful view and the pool was nice, although smaller than expected. Breakfast was decent, but there were too many cakes and sweet pastries, with limited Western breakfast options. Food refills were also quite slow. The drinking glasses at breakfast often had visible water marks and didn’t look properly clean, which could be improved. The hotel would benefit from some renovation to keep it looking fresh. The staff at reception were polite but not particularly warm or welcoming....

"The pool is wonderful, with a beautiful view and access to a small private beach, which is small but very charming. Breakfast is varied and good. The hotel has great potential due to its location and structure. However, it lacks management and attention to detail. Upon arrival, we entered through a large gate leading to a courtyard with several doors, but there were no signs indicating where the reception or parking was located, nor were there staff available to welcome or guide guests.
